This Artist Takes Kids' Drawings...But You'll Never Guess Why

Wendy Tsao is a creative artists that takes the drawings of kids and brings them to life, making them into adorable plush toys. 

It wasn't until 2007, that Wendy created her first toy referred to as "softies." Her 4 year old son had drawn a self-portrait and she wanted to embody his unique creativity. She explains, “I am an artist, and I value creativity in all walks of life, including children’s artwork. Every child’s drawing that I see was created with that child’s unique outlook and skill. The drawings are always original and distinct, like children themselves.”
