This mom built an exact scale model of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry out of LEGO's and it's okay if you're more than casually obsessed with it.
Alice Finch lives in Seattle and discovered her love for LEGO's about five years ago when she was watching her oldest son play with them a lot. She has said, "He was doing the building; I was doing the sorting and putting away,” she says. “After a while, I realized that I really wanted to build, too."
So she started doing research on Hogwarts in order to make her castle the most realistic model it could be.

Finch has said that her Hogwarts model has many rooms and features that exactly represent the real Hogwarts.

She included classrooms, dining halls, dorms, the grounds and even things like moving portraits and a cast of characters.

She spent a year working on it and used over 400,000 LEGO's.

She even visited the Harry Potter Studio in London for some inspiration.

She said the hard work payed off, as she won two awards at BrickCon2012.

She plans on keeping the model in her home because her kids love playing with it.

That is some intense LEGO-ing going on! To check out more pics you can visit her Flickr page below.
