Newly Designed Kinetic Lighting Is Something You Could Literally Stare at for Hours

These first few photos of the "Shylight" lights from Studio Drift display their beauty, but not all the elements of their wonder.

Studio Drift wanted to create something beautiful, but they also wanted to create something kinetic.

The people at Studio Drift noted that while so many human-designed objects were static, nature is kinetic. And if design were really to mimic nature, it would have to be kinetic, too.

And so they made this:
