If you're going to smoke weed, be smarter than this guy. C'mon the one thing you don't do when stoned is inform the authorities that you are. At least he was chowing on some good munchies.
Officers were called to the home of this 22-year-old soon to be "burn out" during the evening, because he was complaining about how stoned he was…
What on Earth was he thinking?!
That's when reportedly this happened:
"The officer then found the man lying “on the floor in the fetal position†and “was surrounded by a plethora of Doritos, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish and Chips Ahoy cookies,†the report said. The man also told police he couldn’t feel his hands."

Surprisingly, he wasn't charged with anything. The officers must have just felt this embarrassing display was enough.
