You mess with the goat, you get the horns...
Recently, Timur the goat was sent as food into the enclosure of Amur, a Siberian tiger at Russia's Primorsky Safari Park. But then something incredible happened...
Timur fought back against the giant cat's attacks, holding his own long enough, apparently, to gain the respect of Amur, who eventually gave up.
According to the park’s director, Dmitry Mezentsev, Timur wasn't prepared to die."He flashed his horns or retaliated every time Amur attacked,” Mezentsev told the Huffington Post.
Now, the two are practically best friends, and Amur hasn't attempted any attacks since. Timur even nonchalantly took his feline compadre's usual sleeping spot.
Even so, Timur - the world's most badass goat - is still sleeping with one eye open...
“Timur follows Amur everywhere, and the tiger quietly tolerates it," Mezentsev said. "The goat even worries when the tiger disappears from sight, and will start looking for him.”
