We Officially Found The Healthiest Cakes In The World

Salad is generally the worst. 

But cake salad is a whole different story. 

Food stylist (yes this is a job that exists) Mitsuki Moriyasu, has been working on redesigning salads into these appealing little treats. 

Moriyasu incorporates superfoods and gluten-free items into these mini masterpieces, making them both healthy and beautiful.

The soybean cake base is layered with various colorful veggies.

And even the icing is made of tofu or cream cheese, naturally colored with vegetables. 

The intricate Vegiedecos (Veggie Decoration Salads, duh) will soon have a home at their very own Japanese cafe. 

Here's to hoping these healthy treats make their way to the states ASAP.
